No, you’re wrong, Jeff. I was just over at Corante Blogging; I wasn’t able to get them yesterday and they explained that their host had been hit by a DOS attack. I suspected something like that. The report was on there or maybe on Donna’s blog there. And there’s a note on LawMeme and the (Jack?) Balkin guy whose blog is called Balkinization.
