Wie sagt Man, “Fact-check your ass”?
: In my blog piece in Netzeitung, I asked for examples of blogs having an impact on German media and one reader, Daniel, sent me a link to the Bildblog, devoted entirely to checking the ass of the gigantic German tab, Bild.
I don’t know that BildBlog has affect Bild one way or the other… we’ll wait until they get their first cease-and-desist order.
David’s Medienkritk has annoyed SPON and ZDF by skewing their online polls, but German blogs are long way from ass fact-checking. I think most bloggers here think that (domestic) politics is somehow below them, and not worthy of comment.
Damn!
If only I read German, I feel I might have something to say here.
