Dear Jeff:
Verrry interesting. A better junction box. And while we’re on the subject can you recommend any blog review sites? The ones I’ve located so far have been trivial and uninteresting. -
Well, I was shocked when I went there and Wonkette, Gizmodo and Gawker had all the top slots!!!
I emailed Meg and she claims a human does not edit the feeds and that they are just behind on their spider crawling…. hmmmmmmmm….
Is this just a front for Denton’s blogs?!
Megan says they are playing fair in an email to me in the comments section here:

Wow… did you see this? Meg is resigning the day Kinja launches—that is strange.

On a personal note, I’m spending another month at Kinja and will be leaving at the end of April. I’m sure I’ll have more to say about that in the future, but for now, check out Kinja and some assorted media coverage: -
Jason, what I said was that humans select the weblogs for the topics, e.g. Kinja editors selected Engadget.com to appear in the Tech topic. Posts from weblogs appear as they are crawled by the Kinja spider.
