Geez – this site requires an x-pen-sive supscription in order to be able to read the article. Is this info available elsewhere, at, say, Reuters or MSNBC? Anyone with a subscription care to give a summary in their own words what the article stated?

The page returns a blank in konqueror and opera. And there’s no mention in the site’s front page or in google news. I’ll repost if I see something about it.
