Golly gee

Golly gee
: The Washington Post discovers — again — that blogs are more than “‘what-I-had-for-lunch’ journals.” Take away the gee-whiz-aw-shucks-golly-gee-what-do-you-know tone and at least local bloggers get attention for the power they are gaining.

All a “blogs are overrated” statement tells me is that the person writing it doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

When writing a story about specific bloggers, it would be nice to inlcude a link to those bloggers, or at least the URL. WaPo and NYT are notorious for that.

well at least we’re getting some press
its always the under-ground that paves the way
    and then the mainstream comes
    sniffing
trying to act like they knew about us all along
    whatever

no, no — it’s “what I had for dinner” ;)

Ditto on the annoyance with no links or even URLs. It’s like reviewing a TV show without mentioning what day, time, or channel it’s on.
