The results trickle in
: Kerry is winning. Dean’s “temperment” is hurting him. Dean and Edwards are running in the others’ tails. Lieberman is off-camera. Clark keeps the oxygen tent, running head-to-head with Edwards.

Here’s a fun story about how the folks on the Dean blogs think the media is mean:

Me? I am just surprised the thread hasn’t been taken over by those with very strongly held convictions. I am counting it as a victory.

Will Saletan has an interesting article up at Slate right now: I See Dean People (Howard Dean’s Fatal Echo Chamber). It was posted yesterday – http://slate.msn.com/id/2094443/ (sorry – don’t know how to make links active). It includes a really weird, disquieting account of a Martin Sheen appearance at a Dean rally.

For starters:
On Fox [tonight], Democratic pollster Mark Mellman declared Dean “the walking wounded.” He works for Kerry.
Exit poll sucker punch: “Regardless of how you voted today, do you think Howard Dean has the temperament to serve effectively as president?”
And don’t get me started on Diane Sawyer. The Daily show played her many attempts to squeeze anger out of Dean in succession, quite funny and pathetic all at once.
