   It wouldn’t work in NJ because most of the residents in NJ are doped up on something. They don’t know whether they’re coming or going, never mind whether there’s any news happening.

   Sure we know whether we’re coming and going! If we’re paying a toll at a river crossing, we’re going; if we’re not, then we must be coming.
