Handy-dandy crisis guide
: The Interantional Crisis Group releases a rather handy (PDF) booklet updating us on all the world’s crises in a quick paragraph, with links. It’s almost a crisis weblog. [via Die Zeit]

I’d take their report more seriously if former Secretary of State Albright wasn’t one of their leading members. People who completely screwed the pooch during their term in office and did so much to put us where we are ought not to be offering advice to the rest of us now that matters have become serious.
On the other hand, their report on developments, while slanted, is a useful starting point.
