A little bit of sanity
: A federal judge threw out the suit against McDonald’s that tried to blame the company for making fat people fat. Well, bravo. This obvious ruling came from the same judge who last threw out the suit but gave the plaintiffs advice on how to file it next time. He said they didn’t prove their case — well, duh — and tossed it at last.
I’m headed out to have a Quarter Pounder to celebrate.
