I have a simple solution to the Guardian’s circulation woes — produce a newspaper that actually reports the news in an intelligent, balanced manner instead of the blatant editorializing that seems to be so prevalent throughout the paper, and not just on the opinion page.
And what did your last servant die of, Storm? Why don’t you do that yourself since the Guardian has a special Readers Editor to investigate such criticism if you can give them chapter and verse. They are at least better than the Daily Mail, which considers it has failed if it can’t put a bad-news story on the front page every day, whether true or not (remember the millions of mythical Czech gypsies who were supposed to be on the next bus to Britain for instance?)
