Yeah, you both seem to agree that the FCC has a flawed method of accounting for the complaints it receives.

Considering that the FCC has been criticized by many here for giving the computer-form PTC complaints too much weight, it should be noted that the FCC in fact may have discounted them, based on the accounting listed in the linked article.
