Fair enough, but which family would you rather be a part of: the Bush clan or the Kerry clan? (Hint: either Teresa or Laura is in charge.)
I expect a lot of people will tune into this.
If I were a candidate, it’d probably make sense since Dr Phil reaches such a large audience.
However, since I’m not a candidate, I can’t stand Dr P, Oprah, and all.

Really it all depends on what questions get asked. Almost anyone could do an interesting intetview if they ask the right questions. Somehow, I don’t see that happening though.
Oh, please. Say it isn’t so. He doesn’t need any more credibility thrust upon him.
You are so afraid of your feminine side, Jeff. Stop resisting. Let your vulnerability open new doors. It’s safe, man — we’re all here for you.
It would be worse if they went on Tony Danza’s show, don’t ya think?
It’s smart electioneering. There’s lots of fat, do-nothing housewives out there who aren’t very up on the news :)
(Just kidding ladies!)
Jeff,
I have to strongly disagree. Now, you and I may have differing or the same views regarding Dr. Phil, but there is one thing that is undeniable: a certain segment of his audience does not watch the news and is unaware of the issues at best. If even a few people watching become more interested in both the issues that face us as a nation, and the political process as a whole, then I think it is very worthwhile, and hardly a scandal.
