I still can’t get over Tony’s “I really gotta take this” to Valentina in the hospital in the previous episode, while answering his phone during the “break up” in the burn unit.
That was priceless.
Maybe I’m just getting “used to” the Sopranos, but between the sloooooow episodes and the lack of any real mob activity and the horrible dream sequences, I’ve about had it with that show. Remember when they used to kill people on the show? Yeah, me neither.
My favorite, the hooker to Steve Buscemi: “Oh, and thanks for the massage- my toe feels better already.”
And Jake- what are you talking about? The last episode was entirely mob activity- and people got killed on each of the last five shows.
When Paulie says “these things happen that’s why I don’t talk politics” to Tony after he beat up the bartender.
So Stern STILL has nothing to say about Kerry supporting the FCC actions against him….Jeff, isn’t it time you admit that for Stern it’s much less about some free speech issue than electing the Democrat? (Of course, if you admit that you have to admit you’re his useful fool)
Stern even this morning said he wasn’t a Reagan voter…..so that means he’s voted for Carter, Mondale, Dukakis, Clinton, Clinton, Gore. Pretty sad voting record.
Free speech my a$$. It’s about a dyed-in-the-wool NYC Democrat getting another Democrat in office.

No, Trump, Stern has acknowledged from the start that Kerry’s position is not friendly to him and the First Amendment, as have I. Stern still supports Kerry overall over Bush and believes there are other issues, such as stem-cell research, that matter. He’s not a one-issue supporter. So who’s the fool, fool?

Evidentally Jeff, you still are. Please, don’t give me this Dr. Stern stem cell crap. You know damn well that he read it in Al Frankens book and he just brings it up (without having real clue about the subject) to make himself look a little better. He couldn’t speak on the issue if his life depends on it.
And I loved his description of “Star Wars” as a total waste of money. He has no clue about politics or issues, and for you to give him credit as such is sad.
Anyone who voted for Carter, Mondale, Dukakis and Gore has proven he has no brain for politics….and he still had nothing to say about Kerry’s recent comments.
I liked how Carmela referred to the Mike Myers movie about Studio 54, presumably confusing Goldmember with an accurate depiction of the 1970s NYC hot spot.
