Nip, tuck, vote

Nip, tuck, vote
: Patti Davis says she doesn’t care about whether John Kerry got botox:

When a woman runs for president and starts gaining momentum, are we going to ask if she has breast implants?

Let’s remember that the color of her father’s hair became an issue, too, but didn’t stop him from entering the political hall of fame.

I want my President to be implanted with at least one WMD substance when in office, preferably an agent needing an injection which must be repeated at intervals. Botox is Botulinus Toxin, one of the most lethal substances known. Are breast implants lethal? Where’s John Edwards when we need him?

In all of the before-and-after shots I’ve seen, Kerry is making an expression that would tend to furrow his brow in the first shot, and has a placid expression that would tend to leave his brow unfurrowed in the second shot. The shots used on MSNBC are the first I’ve seen where his expression is roughly the same, and the furrows are very similar, it seems to me.

“Where is John Edwards when you need him?”, I said. Then he appears. Thank you, John.
But,you’ve got to be shitting me, John. Is this your professional opinion? Apart from the fact that it makes no sense, well, I reconsider. There is no “apart from” that fact. I was hoping we could sue, especially regarding lethal breast implants, or transplants, as the case may be.

Do you think the news media wouldn’t bring that up?

Let’s all remember this when a woman DOES make a serious run for president and the question of cosmetic surgery comes up. We asked the question of a man first, okay???
