This administration – yes, the Bush administration – have put one of their cronies in charge of NASA. And guess what happens? Today, our nation’s most pretigious newspaper says that a NASA spacecraft will be bringing some spacedust to Salt Lake City in Jan. of 2006. Can you believe this people? They do not know how to deal with Anthrax and now they want Spacedust. What alert will we be on? Orange?

My friends, if I am elected, you can bet that I will shut down NASA. We do not need to invest our resources into research outer-space. Instead, we will use resources to study human-space or as I call inner space.

With your support, I will create a Department of Peace. By closing down NASA, we will have ample opportunities to invest into creating and sustaining peace all over our nation and this world.

We need to understand ourselves. We, all humans on this planet, have a desire to know each other. Build on each other. And so on.

This adminstration, Bush people, do not understand that. This NASA activity will stop. Can you believe this? We have such an intense security for Anthrax and they have not thought about anything for Spacedust. I will stop this. If I am in the White House, this Spacedust will not land in Salt Lake City.

Yeah, the comment is way off topic, but it sure shows Kucinich the loon. NASA is badly messed up, but it needs competition or replacement, not abolishment of all space activity.
I do hope our dentists find a way to blog. They are the next generation of Iraqi leaders, and it is encouraging that even having been born after Saddam anointed himself leader for life they have ideas about better ways to govern in the future. For all my sympathy with Riverbend’s losses during 2003 and fears of 2004, she offers nothing but “we were better off before”: I read her to find news and attitudes, not for any hope for things to come.
