Lesben (2 syllables, LES-ben), although Germans find them neither shocking nor remarkable (Google for “Hella von Sinnen”).
In a city where the Reeperbahn is regarded as a tourist attraction rather than an eyesore, I’m not sure Howard Stern would stand out much at all, although I’m sure Howard would feel very much at home there. -
