How will Fox spin this unqualified defeat? Will it lament the poor state of America’s judiciary or lambaste the judge as a liberal activist? Soon we will have a preview here from recent posters whose faith in Fox left them legally blind. What part of “wholly without merit” will they not understand?

The trademark attorney who told you so
I’m still convinced that Franken and O’Reilly are secretly best buds and this O’Reilly did this as a favor to get Franken publicity.
I actually like Fox. I also think that some of their anchors are true boneheads. But what I find hard to believe is that there was a corporate or trademark lawyer ANYWHERE who said, “Oh, yeah, I think we have a case here.”
You know, on one level, that level of stupidity is just amazing to behold.
Hooray for “fair and balanced.”
I just joined the fair and balanced blogs by writing an article titled “Fair and Balanced.”

WHAT ALL STAR WRESTLING IS TO SPORTS
FOX NEWS IS TO JOURNALISM
Well, Fox should just admit that it’s news for Republicans. Same way CNN should admit that it’s news for Democrats and/or socialists. Nothing wrong with being biased (everyone is) as long as you can see the bias and account for it. As for the lawsuit, that was silly. Franken may be a moronic, unfunny, self-indulgent loser, but his book certainly didn’t violate any laws.
