Funny stuff, Jeff. Help me out, besides the Patriot Act, what other dorky named acts has he come up with?

I believe the original Patriot act was mostly written (and perhaps named) by assistant Attorney General (or somesuch title) Viet Dinh, for whom English was a second language.
Though presumably whoever the legislator that submitted it to congress could have renamed it whatever he wanted.
