: A mass grave believed to be filled with Kurdish victims of Saddam’s ethnic cleansing is found. Still think we shouldn’t have ousted this guy?

Sadly, I am not surprised at this discovery. During the time he ruled Iraq since 1979, Saddam caused the deaths of millions of people. The war he started with Iran in the early 80’s that lasted for (I forget) 7 or 8 years killed almost 6 million people.
If you add up all Iraquis he killed since 1979 just so he could stay in power I’m sure that would rack up another million human beings dead. And he led thousands and thousands of his own soldiers to death in the first Gulf War, and now in the second Gulf War.
Although inept at military strategy and international brinkmanship, it appears the one thing Saddam excelled at was getting people killed.
