Shameless plugs: Our new weblogs
: I’m proud to announce that my company now has a growing list of weblogs:

: I am going to maintain a war weblog on Iraq for all our local news sites for the foreseeable future. You can see it on NJ.com here.

But what’s additionally cool is that thanks to our great technology, the same weblog will appear rebranded with local navigation and local ads on all our 10 sites — cleveland.com, oregonlive.com, mlive.com, al.com, nola.com, syracuse.com, masslive.com, pennlive.com, and silive.com. Now that’s syndication.

(I’ll double-post some items to my own weblog here, which remains just a personal weblog and also a laboratory for learning such things].

: Masslive.com, our site in Western Massachussetts, has four new blogs, including an already wonderful one from my colleague, the editor, Scott Brodeur, plus a sports blog from a local radio personality, and another from a local comedian, and one more from Jennifer.

Our other sites will be adding more soon: sports from NJ and Alabama, some familiar names to you all in Cleveland, videoblogging in Oregon, and more.

This is all about local blogging.
