The program Winer’s in at Harvard appears to be run by John Perry Barlow, the Grateful Dead songwriter who’s the only constant in it from the beginning.
A year from now, Winer will be wearing tie-dye, selling bootleg tapes and burritos, doing the noodle dance and smoking reefer constantly.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
