: Using the new weblog consumer reports method of putting a brand name and the word “sucks” together so other unsuspecting consumers can be warned, let me just say: EXPEDIA SUCKS. EXPEDIA SUCKS. EXPEDIA SUCKS. And you can’t blame Microsoft for that anymore. Since it was sold to Barry “Home Shopping” Diller, Expedia instituted a new policy permitting NO refunds if you cancel a hotel reservation within TWO DAYS. And that goes for full-price (read: overpriced) reservations. That will not work for business travelers. So let me say it again: EXPEDIA SUCKS.
